1. Staffing
Applications are currently being reviewed for the Registrar position and interviews will be arranged in
the near future. Preliminary reviews indicate that we have several qualified candidates for the position.
2. Landscaping
We are in conversation with the City about repairing our sprinkler systems and new plantings around
the perimeter of the building. We are also discussing landscape maintenance to determine whether we
need to outsource or if the City is able to oversee it.
3. Museum Magazine
The City’s Marketing Department is beginning to assist with the design of the Museum’s newsletter and
other print materials in lieu of outsourcing as has been done in recent years.
