REGULAR MEETING AT 4:00 p.m.
A. CALL TO ORDER
Board Chair Cymantha Liakos called the meeting of the Board of Trustees to order at 4:05 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
The meeting of the Board of Trustees convened with members Cymantha Liakos, Bill Siders, Lorrina Segovia, Kay Jenkins,
Anne Baker, Donovan Fulkerson and Valli West being present via GoTo Meeting. A quorum was established with
members Jessica Parham, Priscilla Ornelas, Peggy Krantz, and Jamie Barnes being absent.
Staff present: Caroline Brooks, Executive Director; Wendy Cook, Communications and Events Coordinator and Cindy
Torrez, Executive Director RMAC Foundation.
Community members present: None identified.
C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Member West motioned to approve the agenda. Member Segovia seconded. A voice vote was 7-0 and the motion
passed with members Parham, Ornelas, Krantz, and Barnes being absent.
D. APPROVAL OF August 17, 2020 MINUTES
Member Segovia motioned to approve the minutes for the August 17, 2020 meeting. Member Siders seconded. A voice
vote was 7-0 and the motion passed with members Parham, Ornelas, Krantz, and Barnes being absent.

J. Membership Working Group Update:
Board Chair Cymantha Liakos spoke on behalf of the working group. She shared that the group was working on an
October direct mail postcard to encourage museum membership. The group continues to meet and is finalizing a
membership brochure.
K. RMAC FOUNDATION REPORT
RMAC Foundation Director Torrez shared that the Foundation has welcomed a new member and several board positions
have changed hands. The Foundation is in discussion of possible 2021 fundraising ideas.

A. CALL TO ORDER
Board Chair Cymantha Liakos called the meeting of the Board of Trustees to order at 4:24 p.m. Meeting started late
due to technical difficulties.
B. ROLL CALL
The meeting of the Board of Trustees convened with members Cymantha Liakos, Lorrina Segovia, Jessica Parham,
Kay Jenkins, Donovan Fulkerson, Peggy Krantz, Anne Baker and Priscilla Ornelas being present via GoTo Meeting. A
quorum was established with members Jamie Barnes, Valli West and Bill Siders being absent.

D. APPROVAL OF June 22, 2020 MINUTES
Member Jenkins motioned to approve the minutes for the July 20, 2020 meeting with one correction to add
Member Jenkins and remove Member Segovia from the board member roll call. Member Segovia seconded. A
voice vote was 8-0 and the motion passed with members Jamie Barnes, Valli West and Bill Siders being absent.

RMAC Foundation Director Torrez shared that the Foundation has decided to focus on boosting Museum
Membership for the time being.
