CALL TO ORDER Board Chair Cymantha Liakos called the meeting of the Board of Trustees to order at 4:24 p.m. Meeting started late due to technical difficulties. B. ROLL CALL The meeting of the Board of Trustees convened with members Cymantha Liakos, Lorrina Segovia, Jessica Parham, Kay Jenkins, Donovan Fulkerson, Peggy Krantz, Anne Baker and Priscilla Ornelas being present via GoTo Meeting. A quorum was established with members Jamie Barnes, Valli West and Bill Siders being absent. Staff present: Caroline Brooks, Executive Director; Wendy Cook, Communications and Events Coordinator and Cindy Torrez, Executive Director RMAC Foundation. Community members present: None identified. C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Member Jenkins motioned to approve the agenda. Member Parham seconded. A voice vote was 8-0 and the motion passed with members Barnes, West and Siders being absent. D. APPROVAL OF June 22, 2020 MINUTES Member Jenkins motioned to approve the minutes for the July 20, 2020 meeting with one correction to add Member Jenkins and remove Member Segovia from the board member roll call. Member Segovia seconded. A voice vote was 8-0 and the motion passed with members Jamie Barnes, Valli West and Bill Siders being absent. INFORMATION ONLY I. DIRECTORS REPORT: See attached J.
