CALL TO ORDER Board Chair Liakos called the meeting of the Board of Trustees to order at 4:03 p.m. B. ROLL CALL The meeting of the Board of Trustees convened with members Cymantha Liakos, Bill Siders, Lorrina Segovia, Anne Baker, Valli West, Jamie Barnes, Donovan Fulkerson, Jessica Parham, and Peggy Krantz being present via GoTo Meeting. A quorum was established with members Priscilla Ornelas and Kay Cargill Jenkins being absent. Staff present: Caroline Brooks, Executive Director; Aubrey Hobart, Curator, and Wendy Cook, Public Programs Manager Community members present: None. C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Member Siders motioned to approve the agenda. Member West seconded. A voice vote was 9-0 and the motion passed with members Ornelas and Jenkins being absent. D. APPROVAL OF October 19, 2020 MINUTES Member Baker motioned to approve the minutes for the September 21, 2020 meeting. Member Siders seconded. A voice vote was 9-0 and the motion passed with members Ornelas and Jenkins being absent. E. Discuss and consider approval of a large pencil drawing of a fish bone by Gendron Jensen out of Taos, being offered by Ken and Denise Terry Member Baker motioned to approve the donation by Ken and Denise Terry. Member Segovia seconded. A voice vote was 9-0 and the motion passed with members Ornelas and Jenkins being absent. F. Discuss and consider approval of two floral prints by Nancy Steen Adams and one skull print by Ben Q. Adams, being offered by Nancy Adams. Ben Adams is a Roswell native but lived most of his life in Albuquerque where he met Nancy. Member Segovia motioned to approve the donation by Nancy Adams. Member Baker seconded. She shared that a direct mail postcard to encourage museum membership was mailed in bulk to several Roswell zip codes and encouraged BOT members to purchase memberships as gifts. I.
