CALL TO ORDER Board Member Segovia called the meeting of the Board of Trustees to order at 4:21 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Members present: Donovan Fulkerson, Anne Baker, Lorrina Segovia, Tim Hartwick and Valli West. Members absent: Cymantha Liakos, Kay Cargill Jenkins, Kyle Bayless and Pricilla Ornelas. A quorum could not be established. City Council members present: None. Staff present: Caroline Brooks, Executive Director, and Rachelle Diaz, Public Programs Manager. Community members present: Larry Connolly C. ADJOURN The meeting adjourned at 4:21 p.m.
