CALL TO ORDER Board Chair Liakos called the meeting of the Board of Trustees to order at 4:01 p.m. B. ROLL CALL The meeting of the Board of Trustees convened with members Cymantha Liakos, Valli West, Kay Cargill Jenkins, Lorrina Segovia, Pricilla Ornelas, Donovan Fulkerson, and Anne Baker being present. Director’s Report Director Brooks noted the upcoming 85th anniversary of the Museum’s founding happening October 6 with admission being free for the day and cupcakes for visitors. Sara Woodbury the former museum curator will be visiting in February and giving a talk. Roswell artist in residence Lauren Clay’s exhibition “Phantom Stair” opened September 10th. The Roswell Science and Art Festival will be held at the Roswell Convention Center October 8, 2022. The Newsletter was mailed out and had a good reception. Janet Freeman finished her internship with the museum and Caroline Brooks completed her Master’s Degree in Infrastructure Planning and Management. J.
