Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 11:45 by Mr. Montgomery.
Roll Call
Present were Lewie Montgomery, Chair; Judy Armstrong; and Betty Long.
Approval of Agenda
Ms. Armstrong moved for acceptance of the agenda. Mr. Montgomery seconded.
The motion passed.
Action Items
1. After discussion, Ms. Armstrong moved that the following slate of officers be
submitted to the Library Board: Magil Duran, President; Michelle Hembree,
Vice President; and Linda Madrid, Secretary. Mr. Montgomery seconded, and
the motion passed.
Other Business (Non-Action)
2. There was no further business or public comment.
Adjourn
Ms. Armstrong moved to adjourn. Mr. Montgomery seconded and the motion
passed. The meeting was adjourned at 12:00pm.
