CITIZEN COMMUNICATION Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may do so after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in length. Any comments regarding items not on the posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to by the City Council. The Mayor may deny any presenter the opportunity to address the City Council if the presentation or comments offered is substantially repetitive of those previous made, per §2-26(b)(d), of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition. H.13 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 5 with Chasco Constructors for the Kenney Fort Boulevard (Arterial A) Project. H.14 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 2 with Patin Construction, LLC for the Southwest Downtown Infrastructure Improvements - San Saba Street and West Liberty Avenue Project. H.15 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Patin Construction, LLC for the Sam Bass Road at Creek Bend Boulevard Turn Lane Improvements Project. H.16 Consider a resolution authorizing the use of eminent domain to condemn an easement interest in a parcel of land located at 409 West Liberty Avenue for the public use of public utilities.
