G.2 2014-1376 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 42-285, Code of Ordinances (2010 Edition), by prohibiting through commercial trucks on Winding Way from High Country Boulevard to the eastern edge of city limits. (Second Reading) G.3 2014-1438 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit an application to the Department of Justice for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program. H. RESOLUTIONS: H.1 2014-1462 Consider a resolution confirming the canvass of the May 10, 2014 general election and declaring the results official. H.2 2014-1437 Consider a resolution denying Atmos Energy Corporation's request to increase its revenue and change its rates under the Rate Review Mechanism. H.3 2014-1442 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Consulting Services Agreement with Holmes Murphy & Associates, Inc. for group healthcare consulting services. H.4 2014-1363 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate Contract with IKEA Property, Inc., for the purchase of right-of-way needed for the construction of improvements to University Blvd. H.5 2014-1426 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with CP&Y, Inc. for the Reuse Take Point 2014 Project. (First Reading)* I.3 2014-1380 Consider public testimony regarding and an ordinance rezoning 4.76 acres out of the Asa Thomas Survey, Abstract 609, from the C-1 (General Commercial) to the SR (Senior) zoning district. EXECUTIVE SESSION K.1 2014-1474 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.071 Government Code, related to consultation with City Attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation, to wit: Sullivan v. City of Round Rock, et al, in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas, Austin Division. L. ADJOURNMENT *Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
