Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may
do so after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in
length. Any comments regarding items not on the posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to
by the City Council. The Mayor may deny any presenter the opportunity to address the City Council if
the presentation or comments offered is substantially repetitive of those previous made, per §2-26(b)(d),
of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition.

All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be
enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a
Council member in which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered
separately.
F.1 2014-1815 Consider approval of the minutes for the August 14, 2014 Special Called
City Council meeting, August 21, 2014 City Council Retreat, September
11, 2014 City Council meeting and September 18, 2014 Special Called
City Council meeting.
F.2 2014-1753 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 42-318, Code of
Ordinances (2010 Edition), to prohibit parking on a portion of Chisholm
Valley Drive. (Second Reading)
F.3 2014-1802 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an annual Services
Agreement for dispatch equipment with Motorola Solutions, Inc.
F.4 2014-1795 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute documents
regarding the Vendor Agreement with the Capital Area Council of
Governments Area Agency on Aging regarding the Demand Response
Bus Service.
F.5 2014-1807 Consider a resolution approving the FY 2014-2015 Library Fund Budget.
F.6 2014-1808 Consider a resolution approving the FY 2014-2015 Municipal Court Fund
Budget.

G.3 2014-1843 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Commercial Real
Estate Listing Agreement with Keller Williams Realty for listing the
property located at 615 East Palm Valley Boulevard.
G.4 2014-1847 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute one or more
electrical power purchase contracts with a Retail Electric Provider to
provide electric power to the City.

H.4 2014-1780 Consider public testimony regarding and an ordinance rezoning a tract of

H.5 2014-1781 Consider public testimony regarding and an ordinance rezoning three
tracts of land located at 203 Commerce Boulevard, 2004 Enterprise Drive

I. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
J. EXECUTIVE SESSION
J.1 2014-1819 Consider an Executive Session as authorized by §551.072, Government
Code, related to the acquisition by eminent domain of real property located
at 2401 Creek Bend Circle which is necessary for construction of proposed
Creek Bend Boulevard roadway improvements.
J.2 2014-1842 Consider an Executive Session as authorized by §551.072, Government
Code, related to the purchase of 1.865 acres located at 1700 Gattis
School Road.
K. ACTION RELATIVE TO EXECUTIVE SESSION:
K.1 2014-1818 Consider a resolution determining the necessity for and authorization of
the City’s use of its power of eminent domain to acquire certain property
located at 2401 Creek Bend Circle which is necessary for construction of
proposed Creek Bend Boulevard roadway improvements, and take other
appropriate action. (Parcel 1).
K.2 2014-1841 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate
Contract with Nick E. Inman for the purchase of 1.865 acres located at
1700 Gattis School Road.

L. ADJOURNMENT
*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of
this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock
reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to
discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code for the following
