H.2 2016-3289 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 1 with Atkins North America, Inc. for the E. Bagdad Avenue Extension Project. H.3 2016-3279 Consider a resolution regarding the Lower Colorado River Authority Transmission Service Corporation's proposed construction of a Leander to Round Rock 138-KV transmission line and electric substation addition project in Williamson County. I. EXECUTIVE SESSION I.1 2016-3309 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.087, Government Code, to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to business prospects considering Round Rock as a location for new businesses that would bring economic development to the City.
