RESOLUTIONS: G.1 2016-3383 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Austin Materials, LLC for the Dell Diamond Parking Lot Project. G.3 2016-3400 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement with Williamson County regarding engineering and surveying services for the Oak Bluff Drainage Project. G.4 2016-3367 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. for the Oak Bluff/Greenfield Drainage Improvements Project. ORDINANCES: H.1 2016-3336 Consider an ordinance approving original zoning as the PUD (Planned Unit Development) No. 106 zoning district, providing for single family common lot development on 19.70 acres located Northeast of the intersection of Old Settlers Blvd. and A.W. EXECUTIVE SESSION J.1 2016-3373 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.087, Government Code, to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to business prospects considering Round Rock as a location for new businesses that would bring economic development to the City. J.2 2016-3355 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.072, Government Code, to deliberate the purchase of and/or value of the leashold interest of the Chamber of Commerce building at 212 E Main Street. K.
