F.2 2016-3952 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Funding Approval/Agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development related to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds for Program Year 2016-2017. F.3 2016-3961 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. for administrative services related to employee benefit plans. G. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST H. EXECUTIVE SESSION: H.1 2016-3867 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.087, Government Code, to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to KR Acquisitions, LLC to locate a facility in the City. I. ADJOURNMENT *Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
