Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may do so
after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in length per
§2-26(b)(5), of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2018 Edition. Any comments regarding items not on the
posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to by the City Council per state law.
E. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted
by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in
which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.
E.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the May 27, 2021 City Council Meeting.
E.2 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 42-192, Code of Ordinance (2018 Edition),
by adding new one-way alleys. (Second Reading)
E.3 Consider an ordinance adopting Amendment No. 1 to the FY 2020-2021 Operating Budget.

E.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an lnterlocal Cooperation Contract with
the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) for participation in the Failure to Appear (FTA)
Program.

F.1 Consider a presentation and department update from the Transportation Department.
G. RESOLUTIONS:
G.1 Consider a presentation regarding, and a resolution approving the Utilities and Transportation
Capital Improvements Plan Progress Semi-Annual Reports from the Capital Improvements
Advisory Committee.
G.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with
Tindale-Oliver & Associates, Inc. for the preparation of a Transit Development Plan.
G.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with
BGE, Inc. for the Chisholm Trail Road Project.
G.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
2 with Ritter, Botkin Prime Construction Company, Inc. for the Heritage Trail West Project.
G.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with EQUIPT Graphic
Solutions-Austin for vehicle graphics and wrap services.
G.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the submittal of a grant application to TCEQ for the
Governmental Alternative Fuel Fleet Grant Program (GAFF) for funds to supplement the cost of
electric vehicles and related expenses.
H. ORDINANCES:
H.1 Consider an ordinance rezoning a 6.84-acre tract of land located on the east side of Chisholm
Trail and south of W. Old Settlers Boulevard from the C-1 (General Commercial) zoning district to
the PUD (Planned Unit Development) No. 126 zoning district. (Second Reading)
H.2 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance rezoning 65.50 acres located southwest
of the intersection of Louis Henna Boulevard and Greenlawn Boulevard from the C-1 (General
Commercial) zoning district to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) No. 129 zoning district.

I.1 Consider the appointment of two (2) Associate Municipal Judges to fill expired terms.
I.2 Consider the appointment of a Mayor Pro-Tem.

*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
matters listed below, as authorized by Texas Government Code:
