CITIZEN COMMUNICATION Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may do so after completing the required registration card. Any comments regarding items not on the posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to by the City Council per state law. E. STAFF PRESENTATIONS: E.1 Consider a presentation and department update from Parks and Recreation. F. CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately. F.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the October 14, 2021 City Council meeting. F.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with PrintMailPro for the purchase of printed business cards, envelopes and letterhead. RESOLUTIONS: G.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement for Automatic Aid Assistance between Emergency Service Districts of Travis and Williamson Counties and the Cities of Austin, Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock and Georgetown. G.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Caldwell Country Chevrolet, LLC for the purchase of 11 vehicles for the Fire Department's Community Risk Reduction Task Force. G.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Chastang Enterprises, Inc. for the purchase of City vehicles. G.4 Consider a resolution expressing official intent to reimburse cost of acquiring certain vehicles and equipment. G.5 Consider a resolution expressing official intent to reimburse certain project expenditures in conjunction with the City's road expansion program, Driving Progress, from future Certificates of Obligation proceeds. G.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 1 with Aguirre & Fields, LP for the Old Settlers Boulevard Extension Project. G.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 5 with DeNucci Constructors, LLC for the University Boulevard Widening - IH 35 to Sunrise Road Project. G.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with BGE, Inc. for the College Park Drive Project. G.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Standard Utility Agreement with Texas Department of Transportation to construct a waterline extension along the northbound frontage road of IH-35 between Greenlawn Boulevard and State Highway 45. G.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Easement Purchase Agreement with Trails End Homeowners Association, Inc. for acquisition of a 1.485-acre subsurface tunnel and riser easement, and a 0.316-acre temporary construction workspace easement, required for the BCRUA Phase 2 Raw Water Delivery Project. G.11 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 5 with CP&Y, Inc. for the Kenney Fort Boulevard (Segments 2 & 3) Project. G.12 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Services Agreement with the property owner of 5.19 acres of land located east of Warner Ranch Drive and south of South AW Grimes Boulevard. G.13 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Services Agreement with the property owner of 9.24 acres of land located south of Louis Henna Boulevard and east of South AW Grimes Boulevard. (First Reading)* H.2 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance zoning 9.24 acres located south of Louis Henna Boulevard and east of South AW Grimes Boulevard to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) No. 133 zoning district. (First Reading)* H.3 Consider an ordinance annexing 5.19 acres of land located east of Warner Ranch Drive and south of South AW Grimes Boulevard. (First Reading)* H.5 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 42-127, Code of Ordinance (2018 Edition), by amending the speed zone on a portion of Creek Bend Boulevard. (First Reading)(Requires Two Readings) H.6 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 42-285, Code of Ordinances (2018 Edition), prohibiting through commercial trucks on a portion of Texas Avenue and on a portion of Country Aire Drive. ADJOURNMENT *Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
