EXECUTIVE SESSION: K.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.072 Government Code related to the possible purchase and value of real property, to wit: 210 Fannin Ave., Round Rock, TX. K.2 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.071 Government Code relative to consultation with the city’s attorneys regarding pending litigation, to wit: Texas Disposal Systems, Inc. v. City of Round Rock, et al, cause no. 22-0482-C395. L. ACTION RELATIVE TO EXECUTIVE SESSION: L.1 Consider authorizing the City Manager to negotiate for the purchase of real property, to wit: 210 Fannin Ave., Round Rock, TX. M. ADJOURNMENT *Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
