CALL MEETING TO ORDER
The Round Rock City Council met in regular session on Thursday, July 14, 2022,
in the City Council chambers located at 221 E. Main Street. Mayor Morgan
called the meeting to order at 6:07 pm.

for the homeless and for schools.

Founder/CEO of Round Rock Honey spoke.

Member Montgomery, to approve the Resolution. The motion passed by

discussed area parking. With no other speakers, the hearing was closed.

Amendment No. 1 to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) No. 131. (First Reading)*
The applicant wished to withdraw the item. No action was taken.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:
K.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.071 Government Code relative to consultation
with the city’s attorneys regarding pending litigation, to wit: Texas Disposal Systems, Inc. v. City
of Round Rock, et al, cause no. 22-0482-C395.
The City Council recessed to Executive Session. Mayor Morgan called the
session to order at 8:25 PM and adjourned it at 8:36 PM. Council then
reconvened into regular session, no action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Morgan adjourned at 8:36 pm.
