CALL MEETING TO ORDER
The Round Rock City Council met in regular session on Thursday, September 8,
2022 in the City Council Chambers located at 221 E. Main Street, Round Rock.
Mayor Morgan called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM.

A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Flores, seconded by Council
Member Stevens, to adopt on second reading the Ordinance. The motion
passed by the following vote:

A motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Flores that the property tax rate be
increased by the adoption of the tax rate of $0.342000, which is effectively
a 4.8 percent increase in the tax rate. The motion was seconded by Council
Member Ortega and passed by the following vote:
