City of Round Rock Meeting Minutes - Final City Council Thursday, November 3, 2022 CALL MEETING TO ORDER The Round Rock City Council met in regular session on Thursday, November 3, 2022 in the City Council Chambers located at 221 E. Main Street, Round Rock. Mayor Morgan called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. Mayor and Council adjourned into executive session. Mayor called executive session to order at 6:55PM, and adjourned at 7:40PM with no action taken. Council returned to regular order.
