DISCUSSION Consider staff presentations and council discussion regarding potential future bond projects. Brooks Bennett, made a presentation. Council and staff discussed all potential projects. No action was taken. Consider staff presentations and council discussion regarding cost and financing alternatives of potential facility, arts, and infrastructure improvements. Council and staff discussed possibilities and alternatives for potential arts facility. No action was taken.
