F.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Texas Roofing Company for commercial and residential roofing services. F.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with L.D. Tebben Company for commercial and residential roofing services. G.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with Plummer and Associates, Inc. for the BCRWWS East Treatment Plant Expansion to 40 MGD Project. G.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Georgetown regarding the relocation of a portion of the City's raw water line which conflicts with Georgetown's Improvement project for D.B. Wood Road. G.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 2 with Bennett Paving, Inc. for the 2022 Downtown Street Maintenance Program Project. H. PUBLIC HEARINGS: H.1 Consider a public hearing to consider amendments to the land use assumptions and capital improvement plans and the amendment of roadway impact fees. I. ORDINANCES: I.1 Consider an ordinance annexing 52.59 acres of right-of way, collectively known as the "Northeast Loop," comprised of Chandler Road, CR 100, CR 118, and CR 119. (First Reading)* I.2 Consider an ordinance annexing 11.86 acres of CR 112 right-of-way west of CR 110. (First Reading)* I.3 Consider an ordinance annexing 3.995 acres of future E Old Settlers Blvd right-of way from existing City limits to CR 110. (First Reading)* I.4 Consider an ordinance annexing 6.452 acres of Creek Bend Boulevard right-of way from Wyoming Springs Drive to the intersection of Creek Bend Circle and Creek Bend Boulevard. (First Reading)* I.5 Consider an ordinance annexing 7.294 acres of Wyoming Springs Drive right-of way from Creek Bend Boulevard to Hairy Man Road. ADJOURNMENT *Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
