H.3 Consider a resolution determining that Greystone Construction provides the best value for the City for the Dell Diamond MLB Requirement Expansion and Renovation Project and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Standard Form of Agreement. H.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Service First for janitorial services. H.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. for the Gattis School Road Segments 4&5 Project.
