CITIZEN COMMUNICATION Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may do so after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in length per §2-26(b)(5), of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2018 Edition. Any comments regarding items not on the posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to by the City Council per state law. E. CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately. _ E.1 Consider approval of minutes from the December 7, 2023 City Council Pre-Retreat and Regular Council meeting. E.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Texas Enterprise d/b/a "Allied Sales Co." for the delivery of off road dyed diesel fuel filling services. E.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. for the purchase of Geospatial Software Enterprising Licenses. F.2 Consider a resolution approving the selection of SpawGlass Contractors, Inc. as Construction Manager at Risk and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Standard Form of Agreement with SpawGlass Contractors, Inc for the construction of the Old Settlers Park Buildout Project. F.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with Royal Vista, Inc. for the 30" Raw Waterline Relocation on DB Wood Road project. F.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 1 with TanksCo, Inc. for the Barton Hill Composite Elevated Tank and McNeil Ground Storage Tank Recoating Project. F.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Austin, City of Cedar Park and City of Leander regarding allocation of costs for the expansion to the East Wastewater Treatment Plant of the Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater System. F.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the US 79 from IH 35 to east of FM 1460 Project. F.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Rule 11 Condemnation Settlement Agreement for a 2.322 acre right of way parcel required for Old Settlers Extension roadway improvements. ADJOURNMENT *Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
