E.1 Consider Mayors Special Recognition for the efforts of the Team Brock Junior Committee for
creating awareness of childhood cancer in RRISD and Leander ISD.

G. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted
by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in
which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.
G.1 Consider approval of minutes from the May 22, 2025, City Council meeting.
G.2 Consider an ordinance adopting Amendment No. 1 to the FY 2024-2025 Operating Budget.

G.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Siddons Martin
Emergency Group, LLC for the purchase of fire service apparatus vehicle parts.
H. RESOLUTIONS:
H.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Architectural Services
and accompanying Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with McKinney York Architects for the Fire
Station No. 11 Project.
H.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a supplemental Order Form with Flock
Group, Inc. for license plate readers and related cameras.
H.3 Consider a resolution approving " Hazard Mitigation Plan Action Plan Update: 2025 Update
Mitigation Risk for a Safe, Secure, Sustainable Future. "
H.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
2 with Muniz Concrete & Contracting, Inc. for the Lake Creek Trail - Round Rock West Park to
Centennial Plaza Project.
H.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Gage and Cade
Construction, LLC for the South Creek Channel Improvements Project.
H.6 Consider a presentation regarding, and a resolution approving the Capital Improvements Plan
Progress Semi-Annual Report regarding Water and Wastewater from the Capital Improvements
Advisory Committee.
H.7 Consider a presentation regarding, and a resolution approving the Capital Improvements Plan
Progress Semi-Annual Report regarding Roadway Impact Fees from the Capital Improvements
Advisory Committee.
H.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Austin Filter Systems for
the South Mays Street Wall Stabilization Project.
H.9 Consider a resolution authorizing a request for the voluntary expansion of the City's
extraterritorial jurisdiction for approximately 76.66 acres of land, generally located south of
Westinghouse Rd and west of CR 110.
H.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Services Agreement with the property
owners of 2.673 acres of land being a portion of Nelson Tract, located east of Vizcaya
Subdivision south of Westinghouse Road.

620, Round Rock, Texas.
M. ADJOURNMENT
*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
matters listed below, as authorized by Texas Government Code:
