posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to by the City Council per state law.

All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted

Code of Ordinances (2018 Edition), City of Round Rock Texas, regarding the City's Code of Ethics.

G.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Motorola
Solutions, Inc. for police radios.
G.4 Consider a resolution approving and adopting Financial Policies related to the Budget for FY
2025-26.
G.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a City Manager Severance Agreement
with Brooks Bennett.
G.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the City Manager
Employment Agreement with Brooks Bennett.
G.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to "City
of Round Rock Agreement for the Purchase of Automotive Parts with AutoZone Parts, Inc."
G.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Randy C. Cain,
Attorney at Law, for professional lobbying services.
G.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Contract No. 4 with Tetra
Tech, Inc. for the CR 112 Improvements from A.W. Grimes Boulevard to CR 117 Project.
G.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
1 with Lone Star Sitework, LLC. for the E. Main Street Gaps Sidewalk Project.
H. RESOLUTIONS:
H.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Guaranteed Price Amendment to the
Construction Manager at Risk Standard Form of Agreement between the City and Hensel Phelps
Construction Company for the Bob Bennett Complex Additional Phases Project.
H.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Third Amendment to the
Administration and Funding Agreement for the City of Round Economic Development Program
with the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and the Round Rock Transportation and
Economic Development Corporation (Type B) for the development of a business accelerator
program to support early-stage startups and entrepreneurs.
H.3 Consider a resolution nominating Dell Inc. at its 501 Dell Way, Round Rock, Texas 78664 facility
as a qualified Enterprise Project to be eligible to participate in the Enterprise Zone Program.
H.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with
HR Green, Inc. for the SH 130 Wastewater Extension Project.
H.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the
Agreement between the City of Round Rock and Westwood Professional Services, Inc. for
Professional Consulting Services related to the CR 118 Wastewater Line Project.
H.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Aaron Concrete
Contractors, LLC for the McNeil Road at Round Rock West Drive Right Turn Lane Project.

H.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Development Agreement with LSBD
Round Rock Sunrise, LLC for the development of a property located at 3000 Sunrise Road.

application for housing tax credits related to property located at 3000 Sunrise.

I.1 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance rezoning 6.04 acres out of the David
Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130 from the TH (Townhouse) zoning district to the PUD (Planned
Unit Development) No. 156 zoning district. (First Reading)
I.2 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance adopting the FY 2026 Annual Budget for
the City of Round Rock. (First Reading)(Requires Two Readings)
I.3 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance adopting the 2025 Property Tax Rate for
the City of Round Rock. (First Reading) (Requires Two Readings)
I.4 Consider an Ordinance Amending Chapter 38, Article IV and Article V, Code of Ordinances (2018
Edition), City of Round Rock, Texas, Regarding Hotel Occupancy Taxes and Permitting
Requirements and Providing for a Savings Clause and Repealing Conflicting Ordinances and
Resolutions.(First reading)
J. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
K. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
K.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.071 Government Code, related to consultation
with the City Attorney regarding potential litigation related to signage constructed at 16420 RM
620, Round Rock, Texas.
L. ADJOURNMENT
*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
matters listed below, as authorized by Texas Government Code:
