Mayor Morgan called the packet briefing to order at 7:36 AM.

There were no citizens wishing to speak.
D. STAFF BRIEFING:
D.1 Consider staff briefings and Council member discussion and/or questions regarding items on
the agenda for the March 9, 2023 City Council meeting.
Staff made presentations and answered Council's questions on each item.
E. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Morgan adjourned the meeting at 8:02 AM.
