CALL MEETING TO ORDER The Round Rock City Council met in a work session on May 9, 2023 in the City Council chambers at 221 E. Main Street. Mayor Morgan called the meeting to order at 7:32 am. B. ROLL CALL Present 5 - Mayor Craig Morgan Council Member Michelle Ly Mayor Pro-Tem Rene Flores Council Member Frank Ortega Council Member Hilda Montgomery Absent 2 - Council Member Matthew Baker Council Member Kristin Stevens C. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION There were no citizens wishing to speak. D. STAFF BRIEFING: D.1 Consider staff briefings and Council member discussion and/or questions regarding items on the regular and special-called City Council agendas for May 11, 2023. Staff made presentations and answered questions from Council. E. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, Mayor Morgan adjourned the work session at 8:17 am.
