CALL MEETING TO ORDER The Round Rock City Council met in a work session on September 10, 2024, in the Council Chambers located at 221 E. Main Street. Mayor Morgan called the meeting to order at 7:33 AM. B. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION There were no citizens wishing to speak. D. STAFF BRIEFING: D.1 Consider staff briefings and Council member discussion and/or questions regarding items on the agenda for the September 12, 2024 City Council meeting. Staff made presentations and answered Council's questions on each item. E. PRESENTATIONS/DISCUSSIONS: E.1 Consider a presentation and discussion regarding the budget update. Susan Morgan, CFO was on hand for the presentations. No presentation was given, Council had no questions.
