SPECIAL NOTE:
Pursuant to the March 16, 2020 proclamation issued by Governor Abbott, this meeting will be held
in person and by video conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face
meetings (also called "social distancing") to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Some Commissioners will be present in the City Council chambers while others will attend via Zoom
video conferencing. Members of the public are able to speak during citizen communication or a
public hearing by attending the meeting in person in the City Council chambers, however those
members of the public that do not want to attend the meeting in person are able to speak via
videoconferencing by visiting www.roundrocktexas.gov and registering ahead of time via the link
provided in the calendar entry for this meeting.
This meeting can be viewed live online at www.roundrocktexas.gov/tv, or on Spectrum Channel 10
and U-Verse Channel 99.

Commission meeting.

F. LOCAL LEGENDS:
F.1 Consider an action regarding the Local Legend Selection Committee’s
recommended recipients of the 2020 Local Legend Award.
G. PRESENTATIONS:
G.1 Consider a presentation from Round Rock Preservation.
G.2 Consider a presentation concerning meeting procedures.
G.3 Consider a presentation regarding the development of the Historic Preservation
Commission’s goals for FY 2020-2021.
H. ADJOURNMENT
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Historic Preservation Commission
for the City of Round Rock reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time
during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed below, as authorized by
Texas Government Code:
