C.2 2015-2158 Consider approval of the Final Plat for Northpark at Old Settlers. Generally
located southeast of the intersection of N. A. W. Grimes Blvd. and E. Old
Settlers Blvd. Case No. FP1410-002
D. ZONING:
D.1 2015-2159 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve the request
filed by Designated Tree Partners, L.P., to rezone a 12.98 tract of land
PUD (Planned Unit Development) 75 (also known as Green Square PUD)
to LI (Light Industrial). Generally located on the eastside of Greenhill Dr.
and south of E. Old Settlers Blvd. Case No. ZON1409-006
D.2 2015-2160 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve the request
filed by the proposed developer, RMD Development Partners, LLC, on
behalf of the owners Palmer Investments, L.P., for the original zoning of
the subject tract to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to be known as The
Gardens at Mayfield Ranch PUD. Generally located northeast of the
intersection of CR 175 and RM 1431. Case No. ZON1411-002

D.3 2015-2161 Consider public testimony and a recommendation to approve the request
filed by Sterling Carrizo Investments, LLC, to rezone a 0.38 tract of land
from MU-2 (Mixed-use downtown medium density) district to PUD
(Planned Unit Development) to be known as North Mays Wine Bar PUD.
Generally located on the southeast corner of the intersection of S. Mays
Street and Milam Street. Case No. ZON1412-001

E.1 2015-2162 Consider an update regarding Council actions related to Planning and
Zoning items.
