Grimes Blvd. Case No. FP2203-001 F.3 Consider approval of the Salerno Phase 11 Final Plat, generally located south of University Blvd and east of CR 110. Case No. FP2203-004 F.4 Consider approval of the Salerno Phase 15 Final Plat, generally located south of University Blvd and east of CR 110. Case No. FP2203-005 F.5 Consider public testimony regarding, and a recommendation concerning the request filed by the Maverick Development Group, on behalf of the property owners, Richard Nord, Michael Rucker, Brian Johnson, and Steve Johnson, for Amendment No. 1 to Planned Unit Development No. 125 (Westview South PUD) to allow for urban multifamily development on 15.26 acres of land, generally located south of Gattis School Rd and west of Westview Dr. Case No. ZON2203-001 F.6 Consider public testimony regarding, and a recommendation concerning the City initiated amendment to the Round Rock 2030 Comprehensive Plan to designate for mixed use 0.27 acres of land, generally located northeast of the intersection of S Mays St and Tower Dr. Case No. GP2203-001 F.7 Consider public testimony regarding, and a recommendation concerning the City initiated rezoning of 0.27 acres of land from SF-2 (Single-Family - Standard Lot) to MU-R (Mixed-Use Redevelopment and Small Lot), generally located northeast of the intersection of S Mays St and Tower Dr. Case No. ZON2112-003 F.8 Consider public testimony regarding, and a recommendation concerning the request filed by the Drenner Group, PC, on behalf of the property owner, 599 S Mays LLC, to rezone 11.25 acres of land from the SF-2 (Single-Family - Standard Lot), LI (Light Industrial), and C-1 (General Commercial) zoning districts to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to be known as Arte Round Rock PUD, generally located east of S Mays St and north of E Logan St. Case No. ZON2202-002 G.
