City of Round Rock Meeting Minutes - Final Transportation and Economic Development Corporation Thursday, September 28, 2023 A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER The Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation board of directors met on September 28, 2023 in the City Council chambers at 221 E. Main Street. President Flores called the meeting to order at 5:05 pm. B. ROLL CALL Present 5 - President Rene Flores Vice President Ryan Therrell Secretary Rick Villarreal Boardmember Jessica Mosman Boardmember Adrian Neely Absent 2 - Boardmember Writ Baese Boardmember Amanda Swor C. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION There were no citizens wishing to speak. D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: D.1 Consider approval of the minutes from the July 27, 2023 Type B meeting. A motion was made by Vice President Therrell, seconded by Secretary Villarreal, to approve the Minutes. PRESENTATIONS: E.1 Consider a presentation regarding the Transportation Master Plan Update from the Transportation Department. Gary Hudder, Transportation Director introduced Jake Gutekunst, with Kimley-Horn who made the presentation. F. RESOLUTIONS: F.1 Consider public testimony regarding, and a resolution approving a portion of the Paseo/Griffith Building Downtown Improvements Project, as a Type B Project pursuant to the Local Government Code. Susan Morgan - CFO, Chad McDowell - General Services Director, and Jordan Robinson - Chamber of Commerce President and CEO made the staff presentation. President Flores opened the public hearing. There being no speakers, the hearing was closed. A motion was made by Board Member Neely, seconded by Vice President Therrell, to approve the Type B Resolution.
