Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 8:04 AM. 2. Approval of March 6, 2026, Agenda Motion to approve the agenda. Moved by: Jen Thorstad Seconded by: Katie McEachern Be it resolved the civil service board hereby approves the agenda for the March 6, 2026, meeting as presented. Adopted unanimously 3. Election of Officer - Chairperson Moved by: Tim Murenzi Seconded by: Jen Thorstad Be it resolved the civil service board appoints Patrick Saunders as the chairperson for 2026. 1  Adopted unanimously 4. Public Comment No comment 5. General Announcements Introduction of new board memeber Tim Murenzi to the civil service board 6. Approval of January 30, 2026 Minutes Motion to approve the minutes.
