Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm. 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of Agenda Moved by: Emily Calabrese Seconded by: Robert Sidelinger Motion to approve the agenda. Motion Adopted 1 Page 2 of 4 4. Approval of Minutes Moved by: Brett Tillander Seconded by: Annie Urasky Motion to approve the minutes. Motion Adopted 5. Public Comment One member of the public spoke and wanted to learn more about HRC. 6. Business 6.a Moving the May Meeting The board asked staff to work to reschedule the meeting if possible and look at the July meeting date to possibly reschedule that one as well. Moved by: Robert Sidelinger Seconded by: Gabrial Taylor-Saddler Motion to cancel the May 4th meeting with the intent to reschedule. Motion Adopted 6.b Focus Group Update The group discussed various aspects of the upcoming focus groups including dates, how to handle note taking and recording, food and drink availability, Moved by: Brett Tillander Seconded by: Emily Calabrese Motion to spend up to $600 total on food and drinks for the focus group participants. Motion Adopted 7. Public Comment One member of the public spoke and asked for some additional context to what the group was working on. 8. Commissioner Reports The group asked for the next meeting to include an update on Juneteenth and family pride events. 9. Announcements 2 Page 3 of 4  9.a Next Meeting Susan will follow up with the group on a meeting time for the May meeting. 10. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 7:25pm. .
