Members Present: Tim Ciechorski, Jill Robinson, Paul Kanan, Camille Thompson, Mike Ripinski, Mark Ryan, Kaila Huehner, Commissioner Macey Also Present: Tod Gazetti, Superintendent of Recreation, Greg Rassel, Director of Rec. & Public Service, Joe Spatafore, Royal Oak Golf, LLC. Glenn Pulice, Royal Oak Golf Center Members Absent:, Jeff Plachta I. Approval of Minutes: January 4, 2018 – Motion by Tim Ciechorski, seconded by Jill Robinson to approve the January minutes. Motion passed unanimously. II. City Commission Comments: None III. Public Comment: Janice Wagman wants a full time senior advisory board. Ron Wolf wants to save as many trees as possible in the pond at Normandy Oaks. IV. Business: a. Royal Oak Golf Center/Rate Increase: Motion by Mark Ryan, second by Tim Ciechorski to approve the propose rate increase as submitted. b. Royal Oak Golf, LLC/5 year option: Motion by Mark Ryan, second by Camile Thompson to activate the 5 year option with Royal Oak Golf, LLC.  c. Normandy Oaks Update: There will be a presentation on February 5th 7 pm at the Royal Oak Library. V. Items not on the Agenda: None VI.
