Approval of Minutes: Correction to Wooden to Worden Park under business item A, recommended by Rebecca Cheezum, second by Mike Ripinski II. City Commission Comments: III. Public Comment: Michael Malik- Request to make city property already owned by the city to officially be a park. Is here to advocate for making it a park on Maplewood, Northwood and Lloyd. Would like to see a sandbox and perhaps some permanent benches. End Public Comment IV. Business: a. Centennial Commons Usage/Reservation Guidelines Review - John’s Statement  - Motion by Mike Ripinski for Centennial Commons anything outside of general park usage, will require a special event permit through the Royal Oak Police Department, 2nd by Rebecca Cheezum unanimously approved. b. Senior Center Report - Still looking for a cook for the kitchen - Beautification Project this weekend c. Staff Report - Citizen’s academy is May 19 - Splashpad opening Memorial Day Weekend V. Items not on the agenda: Ask Joe to make the next meeting to talk about the golf course Add aging in place on agenda - Put together whole report at end of May - Community engagement in Fall Rocks are falling apart at Centennial Commons VI.
