Minutes of the regular meeting held on February 24, 2015
A regular meeting of the Rehabilitation Board of Appeals was held at 7:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, February 24, 2015 in Room 309 of City Hall.

Rehabilitation Board of Appeals – February 24, 2015 mtg
Loan Subordination Request
Case No. L/G-2638/14
Ms. Murray stated that the applicants are asking that the existing rehabilitation loan be
subordinated so that the applicants may access capital / equity from a new primary
mortgage. The rehabilitation program guidelines do not permit staff to administratively
approve such requests.

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program overview
Mr. Murphy provided an overview of the CDBG program.

CDBG program; review of applications for funding
Mr. Murphy provided an overview of each application requesting CDBG funding. The Board
did not take any action.

Be it resolved, that the Rehabilitation Board of Appeals adopts its Rules of
Procedure as presented

Amendments to Appointment Ordinance
Moved by Mr. Stone

Be it resolved, that the Rehabilitation Board of Appeals hereby authorizes the
Director of Community Development, or his designee, to sign on behalf of the
Chairperson the required notice when a member is automatically removed from
office in accordance with Section 12-14 of the city’s Appointment Ordinance
