1. Case No. 13-11-35 – public hearing on the appeal of J&A Homes II, LLC, Petitioner & Owner,
for the following variances:
(a) Waive 5 ft. of the minimum required 50-ft. lot width, and
(b) Waive 330 sq. ft. of the minimum required 6,000-sq. ft. lot area;
to permit a land division at 503 N. Rembrandt Ave. (parcel no. 25-15-454-020)
2. Case No. 13-11-36 – public hearing on the appeal of Krieger-Klatt Architects, Inc, Petitioner,
and James Williams, Owner, for the following variances:
(a) Waive 256 sq. ft. from the maximum permitted accessory ground floor area of 800 sq. ft.;
to permit a construction of an addition to a detached accessory structure at 1900 Woodsboro Dr.

3. Case No. 13-11-37 – public hearing on the appeal of Stucky-Vitale Architects, Inc., Petitioner,
and Antwan DePaul, Owner, for the following variance:
(a) Waive 8 of the minimum required 30 off-street parking spaces;
to permit construction of a one-story commercial building including a convenience store with sales
of alcoholic beverages at 4717 Crooks Rd. (parcel no. 25-05-229-019)
4. Case No. 13-11-38 – public hearing on the appeal of Abro Design Group, Inc., Petitioner, and
Ari-El Enterprise, Inc., Owner, for the following variance:
(a) Waive 52 of the minimum required 135 off-street parking spaces;
to permit construction of a multiple-unit commercial building including a coffee house with drive-
through service, standard restaurants with dine-in seating, and outdoor dining areas at 30776
Woodward Ave. (parcel no. 25-08-101-042)
5. Case No. 13-11-39 – public hearing on the appeal of HF Architecture, Petitioner, and
Goodman Property, LLC, Owner, for the following variance:
(a) Waive 41 of the minimum required 88 off-street parking spaces;
to permit conversion of a former furniture store into ground-level business, administrative, or
professional offices, medical offices, and 12 upper-level multiple-family dwelling units at 916 N.
