C. Approval of the Recommendation to Hire Marisol Gonzales for the position of Utility Clerk/Administrative Assistant. D. Approval to pay Prior Fiscal Year 2021 Invoice for the Internal Revenue Services in the  amount of $5,135.12. 11. CLOSED SESSSION A.
