All bids came in over budget . Asked FAA for additional funding and $65,000 additional was approved. Submitted to the City and a signed copy sent to the FAA. Expect 60 – 90 days to issue approvals. 2. Meeting with Mayor and Paul Harvel to discuss potential scheduled air service Meet 4 weeks ago. Paul Harvel is putting together a brochure. This will take the city to a different class of airport. The city will get a percentage of sales. 3. Trash Receptacle- Keith Frazier Manager to call Waste Management about moving the waste bin. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Increase in funding from FAA for Taxiway B Project- Bob Chatman 2. Discussion on New Hangars and making a formal recommendation to apply to the ADA for funding up to $400K- Keith Frazier 3.
