Total Fuel Volume in August 2021 -10378 gallons
Self Service Statistics August 2021 : 678.64 gallons 50sales,19.70% of AVGAS
Volume, 0.097% of Total Volume, 13.57gallons average per sale
End of August 2021 YTD Fuel Volume : 70,067 gallons which is a
31.9% increase compared last August 2020
Financial - Accounts Receivable Aging for August 2021 2 -31-60, 1>90

OLD BUSINESS
1. 2021 AIP Grant Project- Bob Chatman : Project is 100% complete. A few
places of pavement are to be repaired & a water drainage issue will be
fixed. Pay requests of 95% have been submitted by the contractor.
2. Fall-Fly In discussion possible dates and entertainment : Still looking at
mid to late October. Need to avoid Hog Game at Memorial.
3. Couple wanting to open restaurant on airport : Nothing to report
NEW BUSINESS:
1. 2023 CIP Changes (Security Fencing): Discussion. There was a recent break-
in on Hangar 1-W. DVR was stolen, camera destroyed & hangar rash on one
aircraft.
2. 2022 Budget Capital Expenditure (GPU) : Discussion of GPU ($20,000 for
gasoline & $40,000 for diesel unit) and review of CIP to move shade hangars
and rehab the apron in 2026.
3. Permanent Non-Aeronautical Use of Land Application update : Request 4
acres across from armory and 12 acres behind police firing range to be
submitted to FAA by Airport Manager. These areas have been deemed
unsuitable for aviation use by the airport.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Received bids for new T-Hangar building. Low bid was Frank Rogers
Construction of New Port.
State Grant: $400,000.00
City Share 246,238.48 (city council has already approved this)
Total Cost $646,238.48
