Total Fuel Volume in October 2021 -10572 gallons
Self Service Statistics October 2021 : 881 gallons 62 sales,15.85% of AVGAS Volume,
0.083% of Total Volume, 14.21 gallons average per sale
End of October 2021 YTD Fuel Volume : 89,994 gallons which is a
26.12% increase compared last September 2020

1. 2021 AIP Grant Project- Bob Chatman – Completed – Audit is done – Awaiting
final closeout – Will be paid 100% with Covid money.
2. 2023 CIP Changes (Security Fencing) – 1st project planned for 2023 – for
2026 Open Hanger demo and relocation of one set
3 2022 Budget Capital Expenditure (GPU) Justification made to the financial
committee chairman. Batesville and Hobart considered. Looking for a trade in
model, however Capital budget request in January for New $44,000 unit will
be made.
4 Permanent Non-Aeronautical Use of Land Application update – Final FAA
blessing sought. Armory exclusion approved. State Historical Preservation
Society provided clearance letter.
5 Fly-In November 6 th. Commendations from the commission to the Manager
for the success of the fly-in. Several commissioners helped with the event.
Flour bomb Drop, Balloon Pop, STOL Demonstration and Spot landing
contests. 31 aircraft and 175 visitors attended. Held in conjunction with the
Morrilton EAA fly-in contributed to the success. Future national STOL
completion in the planning for next year. Large group of handicapped children
attended.
6 November and December Meetings
Motion by Bill West to skip the December meeting. Seconded by BR.
Motion passed 6-0
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Hangar Construction Update-Bob Chatman - Contracts signed and
earthwork contractor has started. Proof Roll completed. Waiting on Re-Bar
delivery. Long wait on the building, may be April or later. Will try and get the
floor pour done early.
2. Commissioner ’s Expiring Terms Bill West and Lest Teaff and consideration
for reappointment – Need letters expressing a continued desire by BW and LT
to serve and a vote of acclimation by the Commission. Motion by BR for a
vote of acclimation, seconded by KB. Motion passed 6-0.
3. Airport Christmas Luncheon December 17 th 11am-1pm
4. TravelAire nose gear collapse. Pictures sent to the FISDO. C172 also
experienced a bird strike south of the river. Coyote trapping is in place.
