OLD BUSINESS
1. Minimum Standards / Operating Procedures Document
Work meetings were held June 6th & 13th.
2. Status of Hangar 1 West - Door
Concrete has been poured. Needs curing time
3. Airport Manager Vacancy
Mayor advised he has conducted interviewed 4 applicants. Applications are
still being accepted.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Asbestos investigation – Hangar 1 West
An anonymous tip to the Arkansas Office of Air Quality re: asbestos has
resulted in an investigation. This has stopped all work on Hangar 1 West.
2. Commission Vacancy (resignation last meeting by Seth Lake)
Dwight Talburt recommended Lance Oakley to fill vacancy. Lance is a CFII,
CAP member and maintenance supervisor for WinRock International.

3. Ed Ingold – Hangar lease
Ed Ingold requested a copy of his lease renewal be delivered to him as ASAP.
Mayor said it would be.
MISCELLANEOUS:
1. Seth Lake – Proposal attached
Seth has proposed that the commission be granted limited override/veto
authority for certain management decisions. This will be added to next
month’s agenda for discussion.
