Consideration to use Van Horn Construction for Aquatic Center construction manager. Consideration to interview 3 Companies that submitted RFO’s for construction manager for the Aquatic Center. Unfinished (Old) Business: 1. Consideration of an Ordinance Establishing Rates and Fees for Services furnished by the Water System of the City of Russellville, Arkansas and Repealing other Ordinances Related to Water Rates and Fees- Steve Mallett, Alderman Larry Brown. 2. Consideration of an Ordinance Establishing Rates and Fees for Services furnished by the Wastewater System of the City of Russellville, Arkansas and Repealing other Ordinances Related to Wastewater Rates and Fees-- Steve Mallett City Corp, Alderman Larry Brown. 1 New Business: 1. Consideration of a Public Hearing and an Ordinance to Vacate a 10 Foot alley between lots 1,2,13, and 14, Block 11, Harris Agricultural School Addition between North Boston Place and North Cleveland Avenue on East “K” Street, submitted by Dave Garza of Barrett & Associates on behalf of David Keener. (Recommended for approval by the Planning Commission).—Planning Commission. 2. Consideration of an Ordinance to Rezone Property Presently zoned C-2 to C-4 for Property Located in the 900 Block of West “C” Street—submitted by Dave Garza of Barrett and Associates, on behalf of Emmitt Barnes III- Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval. 3. Consideration of a Resolution Setting a Public Hearing for the Vacation of a Right -of-Way in the 2400 Block of East Main—submitted by Odis and Miranda Grimes and Craig Hunnicutt. Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend. 4. Consideration of a Resolution requiring the Rehabilitation by Agreement for Removal or Razing of an Unoccupied, Dilapidated Structure; Restoring the property up to the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code and City Codes ;Providing for a Lien on the Property to Recover cost Associated with Removal of Structure upon Nonpayment—Code Enforcement. 5. Consideration of a Resolution to Amend Resolution # 1441 Setting Procedures for the City Council to include a time for Public Comment —Mayor Horton. 6. Consideration of a Resolution Expressing the Willingness of the City of Russellville to Utilize Federal –Aid Recreational Trails Funds—Alderman Eaton. 7.
