Agreement with Van Horn Construction concerning the Russellville Aquatic Center. 2. Resolution authorizing the City to apply and accept, if granted a 90/10 Arkansas Department of Aeronautics grant for Airport runway extension. 3. Resolution authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with Miller-Newell Engineers to perform engineering services for the runway. 4. Appropriation of $39,000.00 to begin study, survey, etc. for the runway extension.
