Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Russellville to apply for an 80/20 Grant with the Arkansas Department of Aeronautics on behalf of the Russellville Municipal Airport, accept said Grant if awarded to the City, Receipt and spend said Grant for Airport Taxiway extension. 2. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk –Treasurer to sign a lease extension with Precision Applicators, for Hangar 7E at the Russellville Municipal Airport. 3. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk-Treasurer of the city of Russellville, Arkansas, to consent to the assignment of the lease between the City of Russellville, Arkansas and Dow Chemical, Inc., to Blue Cube, LLC. Personnel Committee: 1 Unfinished (old) Business: 1. Consideration of a Resolution requiring the Rehabilitation by Agreement for Removal or Razing of an Unoccupied, Dilapidated Structure located at 408 South Arkansas ; Restoring the property up to the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code and City Codes ;Providing for a Lien on the Property to Recover cost Associated with Removal of Structure upon Nonpayment—Code Enforcement. (Tabled April, May). 2. Consideration of an Ordinance Prohibiting Nuisance Odors occurring in the City, Prescribing penalties and setting up a procedure to receive and investigate odor complaints: empowering certain officials to enforce this Ordinance—Mayor Horton. (Second reading). 3. Discussion of supplying water to athletic fields. (Tabled May). New Business: 1.
