Appropriation: Department: Mayor/Treasurer Expenditure: 01-102-5111 Salaries $ 350.00 (To cover the replacement hiring Mayor’s Assistant vacation time). 2. Appropriation: Department: Street Fund Expenditure: 02-202-5462 General Sidewalks $ 125,000.00 (Money for street improvements from Neighborhood Market on South Vancouver). 3. Appropriation: Department: New Economic Development Line Item #: 26-101-5314 Depot Park (main street improvement). $ 5,800.00 (Changing Ceiling Panels) 4. Appropriation: Department: Airport Expenditure: 01-113-5211 Ground Maintenance $ 2,090.00 (Building Materials for the Airport parking lot upgrade and R & M total project approved by Airport Commission for $3,920.00 of which the A & P Commission is funding $1,830.00). 5. Consideration of a Resolution to issue a Special Use Permit to allow a machine shop/garage on property located at 1505 East Second Street, submitted by Larry and Delores Motley—Planning Commission. (Approval contingencies see attached document). 6. Consideration of a Resolution to issue a Special Use Permit to allow auto sales on property located at 106 West 17th Street zoned C-2 submitted by Dave Garza of Barrett and Associates on behalf of Shane Butler--Planning Commission. (Recommended for approval with contingency. See attached), 7. Consideration of a Resolution of the City of Russellville, Accepting the Final Design of the new Central Fire Station and Authorizing for the Solicitation of Bids for the construction of the New Central Fire Station.
