Consideration of a Resolution waiving competitive bidding: employing a grinding company to grind all organic Materials at the City Yard Waste Compost Facility; Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk-Treasurer to sign all necessary Documents to employ the grinding company. 5. Update City of Russellville General Fund. 6. Discussion of funding of Gas and Electric Service for Aquatic Center. Gas--$11,000.00 Electric--$49,400.00 7. Consideration of a Resolution waiving competitive bidding: employing Entergy to perform soccer lights transformer installations; Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk-Treasurer to sign all necessary Documents to employ Entergy. 8. Appropriation: Department: Parks Special Sales Tax Expenditure: 04-209-5250 Capital Improvements $65,500.00 (Building Cost) 9. Reimbursement for Main Street Russellville per invoice - Betsy McGuire Personnel Committee: Chairman Alderman Steuber, Alderman Richard Harris, Alderman Westcott and Alderman Larry Brown. Unfinished (Old) Business: 2 New Business: 1. Consideration of an Ordinance Repealing Ordinance #’s 1853 and 1890 Concerning Wrecker Call Services-RPD. 2. Consideration of an Ordinance Rezoning Certain Realty in the City of Russellville located at 200 West Tacoma Ave, 106 West Tacoma Ave and West Main and 201 West Tacoma Ave—Planning Commission. 3. Consideration of a Resolution granting a Special Use Permit for a Temporary Large Equipment Storage and House Impound Area located at the corner of Hwy 7T and Jimmy Lile Road—Planning Commission. (Voted unanimously to recommend approval with conditions) 4. Consideration of an Ordinance Rezoning certain Realty in the city of Russellville located at 200 Block of Lakefront Drive from C-4 to R-3—Planning Commission. 5. Consideration of a Resolution granting a Special Use Permit to operate a Pre- School and Child Care Center located at 2005 East Fairway Blvd—Planning Commission. 6. Consideration of an Ordinance to Approve the Final Plat for Shiloh Manor Phase V Subdivision located north of Shiloh Road submitted by Dave Garza of Barrett & Associates on behalf of Bucky Croom d/b/a Croom Construction, Inc.—Planning Commission. 7. Consideration of a Resolution requiring the Rehabilitation by Agreement or Removal or Razing of a unoccupied, dilapidated structure located at 300 ½ North Hartford Ave; restoring the property up to the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code and City Codes; thereby protecting the Health, Safety and Welfare of the Public, Providing for lien on the property to recover costs associated with removal of structure upon nonpayment—Alderman Eaton. 8. Consideration of a Resolution setting a public hearing at the June Regular City Council Meeting for an ordinance to Vacate a Twenty (20’) foot alley, lying South of Lots 5 – 8 and North of Lots 9 – 12, Block 61, J L Shinn Addition to the City of Russellville, Arkansas. 9.
