Consideration to discuss the City Clerk position as to Part time or Full time Alderman Robert Wiley Suggested setting the salaries at $20,000.00 and still a part time position. 1 5. Consideration of the pay range for Director of Public Works - Mayor Horton Suggested to set the salary at $ 65,000. 6. Discussion for building out our own fiber for all locations – Mayor Horton/Lyn Jacimore Moved to full Council with a possible change in the conduit size change, funding from the General Fund and Court Automation. 7. Discussion of renting the activity building on 3 Street behind City Hall - Mayor rd Horton Possible rental to the JA 8. Discussion for the purchasing the KARV radio building at Second & Boulder- Mayor Horton Moved to the full Council at a purchase price of $170,000.00 Personnel: Chairwoman Freddie Harris, Council Members Mark Tripp, Phyllis Carruth, Bill Strait. OLD BUSINESS Item 1: Discussion in regard to using CMGC for a roadway project: Inglewood Phase II. This will not delay the project at this point, and will provide oversight and all other components missing in the absence of a current City Engineer. By law, the project must exceed $2 Million. This project meets that requirement and the current consultant, Barrett & Associates, is in agreement with this concept and would like to see the City add it to this project—Alderman Mark Tripp New Business: Item 1: : Public hearing and Consideration of an Ordinance for the vacation of the 10-foot alley between Lot 1-3 and 12-14 in Block 6, Harris Agricultural School Addition to the City of Russellville, and the South 5-feet of East “M” Street along Block 5, Harris Agricultural School District. Submitted by Dave Garza of Barrrett and Associates on behalf of Centennial Bank Item 2: Discussion and review of city-wide Fireworks Ordinance no. 1616, passed in September of 1955, and amendment thereof, Ordinance no. 1573. 2 Item 3: Consideration of a public hearing to rezone property R-3 to C-4 for lots 13 and 14, and the north 35 feet of Lot 12, Block 6, Harris Agricultural School Addition, East “M” Street and North Boston Avenue.
