abstaining.

Item 1. Public Hearing to Vacate of a Portion of Right-of-Way between lot 1, Block
88 and lot 6, Block 89, of the J.L. Shinn Addition. Submitted by Susan
Peterson. (VAC-1220-000022) Unanimously recommended by the
Planning Commission.
Item 1a. Consideration of an Ordinance Vacating and Abandoning Vacating the
Right of Way Between Lot 1, Block 88 and Lot 6, Block 89, of the J.L.
Shinn Addition, City of Russellville, Pope County, Arkansas and for Other
Purposes.
Item 2. Consideration of an Ordinance Approving the Private Club Permit for
Nonna Bella’s Pizzeria Club, Inc. and Allowing for the Application of the
Required Permits From the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division
Per Arkansas Code Annotated §3-9-222 as Amended and for Other
Purposes. Submitted by Clay McCall on behalf of Melissa Meuret.
Item 3. Consideration of a Resolution Declaring the City’s Intent to Partner With
the Friends of the Latimore Tourist Home, Inc., to Preserve, Maintain and
Restore the Latimore Tourist Home and for Other Purposes.
Item 4. Consideration of a Resolution Granting a Special Use Permit to Allow
Operation of Custom Woodworking at 2515 East 2nd Street and for Other
Purposes. Submitted by Paco’s Farmhouse on behalf of Kriesel
Properties. (SPUP-0121-000040) Unanimously recommended by the
Planning Commission with the following conditions:
Item 5. Consideration of a Resolution Granting a Special Use Permit to Operate Sales
and Rental of Storage Buildings at 1610 S Arkansas Avenue and for Other
Purposes. Submitted by William Thornsberry. (SPUP-0121-000043)
Unanimously recommended by the Planning Commission with the
following conditions:
Item 6. Consideration of Ordinance Rezoning Certain Realty in City of
Russellville, Arkansas and for Other Purposes at located at 416 East 3rd
Street. Submitted by Chuck Frankhouse. (ZONE-1220-000039)
Recommended denial by the Planning Commission by a vote of 5-3 with
one abstaining.
