A Resolution Expressing the Willingness of the City of Russellville to Utilize State Aid Street Monies for the Following City Project the Russellville E. 16th Street Overlay and Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk Treasurer to Sign the Necessary Documents with the Arkansas Department of Transportation for the Project and for Other Purposes. Appropriation Funds are being transferred between departments within the General Fund expense in the sum of $93,919 for the following purposes: Line Item Transfers associated with organizational transfers of staff positions and functions from Planning and Development Department to the Fire Department (2 positions). POSITIONS MOVING TO FIRE DEPARTMENT: Permit Clerk/Admin Assistant (Dinkel)  Permit Clerk/Admin Assistant (Cochran) Total dollar amount being transferred from 115 to 110 is $93,919 Funds are being transferred between departments within the General Fund Revenue in the sum of $75,000 for the following purposes: Transfer of Business License Revenue Budget from 115 to 101 Administration in the amount of $75,000 Item 3.
